First of all congratulations everybody I am starting to see many training sessions in clubs around the world that start to use panels to help each other in training, (Pons Method) and that gives them effectiveness and productivity in the trainings, but do not forget that the most important thing is to equip the panels of a tactical component.
That is, if we try to finish, the pressure is with the player have the ball, then the pass must make a triangle, to avoid pressure and reduce the finishing time since in finishing areas we do not have much, the ball it should not return to the same place where the pass is executed. (Pass & Move please). Some positions must come back the ball to the player, then for this is important prepared coaches to know how to diferenciate every little detail, every position, every timing is diferent.
That is why it is so important to put the method into practice qualified coaches, who understand that for this type of training to have an important impact on the competition, they must go to companions of an important tactical rigor … in positioning, distances, timing in the uncheck, timing in the pass, etc..etc ..
Good luck with the Pons Method. “Enjoy to help players to the tactical comprension of the game”.
