As an international coach, I have been able to carry out projects in different countries and have practically trained in all categories.

I characterize myself for being a competitive, methodical, demanding coach who always tries to get the most out of my players individually, without neglecting the importance of keeping a united and seamless block.

My training is based on a method of my own creation, called Pons Method.

An innovative methodological tool that revolutionizes the concept of comprehensive player improvement, both technically, tactically, physically and psychologically, as well as optimizing the process of rehabilitation and integration into the team of an injured player.

I adapt to the organizational needs of each club, being able to choose responsibility as first or second coach.
